Often, we seek out therapy with the simple and powerful desire to simply feel better. In exploring the struggles of today, we frequently find that weight from the past can linger, leaving behind a legacy of pain, depression, anxiety, and disconnection from ourselves and others. Through body and mind focussed therapy, we can find our way towards lasting healing and renewed well-being.
My therapy style is grounded in compassion, inclusivity, and whole-hearted belief in the healing capacity within us all. I have expertise in body-focussed therapeutic approaches.
I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker in Calgary, AB with over 20 years experience in the field of mental health. My passion lies in helping people to heal from life's hurts and discover renewed confidence and well-being.
